I provide therapy in both English and Russian.
Virtual sessions are held via Zoom.
Individual therapy is 50 minutes long at the rate of 140CAD.
Couples therapy is 75 minutes long at the rate of 170CAD.
Payment is made by e-transfer.
The pdf receipt will be issued once payment is received.
If you have coverage for psychotherapy, your insurance provider may be able to reimburse you for our sessions.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 24 hours cancellation policy, which means that if you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is required in order to avoid being charged for the full session. Exceptions to this policy are for emergency or sudden illnesses.
Group therapy
Relationship Lab therapy group starts in November 2024, in person, in downtown Toronto. It will be held every other week 6-9 pm with 15 minutes break for 8 months. The number of participants is limited to 7-10 people. The fee is 250CAD/month. You can learn more here .
