Relationship Lab

A long-term, experiential group therapy process

What it is

A real-time space for relational exploration and growth

Relationship Lab is a long-term, in-person therapy group where the focus is on noticing and exploring how you relate to others—not in theory, but as it unfolds in the moment.

There’s no fixed topic. Instead, the themes emerge from what each participant brings into the space.  What happens in the room—how we speak, withdraw, respond, interrupt, connect, or avoid—becomes material for discovery. Together, we explore emotions, needs, reactions, and boundaries as they arise in the group.

This is not about “talking about” your relationships. It’s about being in relationships—with others, with yourself—and noticing what happens. The group becomes a relational mirror and a safe lab for experimenting with new ways of connecting.

It’s experiential, relational, and alive—just like life.

Who It’s For

This group may be a good fit if:

  • You long for deeper connection but still feel lonely—even in relationships
  • You struggle to start, maintain, or end relationships
  • You find it hard to navigate boundaries with partners, friends, family, or colleagues
  • You feel anxious, withdrawn, or self-conscious in social settings
  • You find yourself repeating familiar relational patterns and want to understand why

Also, you don’t have to be in crisis to benefit.

If you’re curious about yourself, emotionally aware, and want to grow your relational intelligence—this space can be deeply nourishing.

Whether you come with a clear relational struggle or an open curiosity, the group welcomes both.

What You Might Gain

  • A clearer sense of how you impact others—and how they impact you
  • Insight into unhelpful patterns and where they come from
  • More confidence to express needs, set boundaries, and connect authentically
  • Experience of being seen, met, and supported
  • Greater tolerance for emotional intimacy and healthy conflict
  • A sense of belonging—not by fitting in, but by showing up
These shifts don’t come from advice or quick fixes—but from sustained relational practice in a supportive space.
